Serving Rochester, NY and the surrounding areas, Heat & Kool is a family-owned HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) company that services both residential and business customers of all sizes. The company was founded in 2005 by Chris Sillick who has been an innovator in the HVAC/R field since 1988.  Chris has achieved HVACR UA Masters certification and his passion is designing and building HVACR solutions that work in the real world, while meeting the customers’ needs, and saving them money.  Chris is currently the President of Heat & Kool and focuses on delivering these solutions to customers of all sizes.  In 2011, Christina Sillick joined Heat & Kool part-time while maintaining her engineering position at Xerox.  In 2019, Christina moved to Heat & Kool full-time with a focus on the overall business plan and operation.  The company has grown successfully over the years and became a woman-owned business in 2020.
